Absentee Voting

So this is what absentee ballots look like:It was a surprise to find them in our mailbox last night, considering I asked for the ballots to be sent either a) by e-mail or b) to David's parents' house. Whatever.

They look just like the regular ballots I remember from the gubernatorial (did I just use the word "gubernatorial"?) election, but these come with "secrecy envelopes". Oooh, the intrigue! Despite all the printed instructions, it's pretty simple: check the boxes, stick the ballot in the secrecy envelope, put the secrecy envelope in the postal envelope, sign the envelope, and toss them in the mail.

Better yet, next week I'll hand carry the envelopes back to the US, where we trust the postal service.
